油管螺纹激光淬火工艺的应用研究

摘    要:利用激光淬火工艺对油管螺纹进行淬火,经处理后的材料表面呈超细化组织结构,表面硬度340 HV,淬硬层深:牙项0.5~1.1mm、牙底0.2~0.4mm,可解决油管粘扣问题。激光热处理系统由高功率CO_2激光器、功率计、光闸、导光系统、反射镜、聚焦镜及旋转工作台等组成。试验表明,激光淬火工艺生产效率能满足生产线的要求,各项技术指标均达到API标准要求。

Abstract:The laser quenching of tubing threads is carried out. The surface of the material treated appears a superfine structure. The surface hardness of the hardened layer is 340 HV, with a depth of 0.5-1.1 mm on the top of tooth and 0.2-0.4 mm on the tooth root. With this technology, the thread gluing of tubing can be avoided. The operating principle and processing technology of the laser quenching system are introduced. Test shows that the production efficiency of the laser quenching technology can satisfy the requirement of the production line.
