基于Profibus的复烤能源采集系统设计

摘    要:针对复烤能源数据采集与管理的特点及需求,采用Profibus-DP/PA总线、PC-Base控制器WinAC、智能仪表构建了能耗采集系统平台,对生产班组的水、蒸汽、压缩空气累计能耗采用不同的算法进行计算和转换.同时,利用Wincc组态了监控程序,实现能耗数据实时监测.在此基础上,利用VB开发了归档程序,实现了能耗数据的长期存储,并利用C#开发了能耗查询、报表自动生成系统,实现了分布式、多级能源采集与优化管理.该系统在红塔集团复烤厂投入运行后,运行可靠,采集精度高,实现了对生产能耗有效监测和管理.

Abstract:According to the features and requirements of re-dry energy acquisition and management,the energy acquisition system is established based on Profibus-DP/PA filedbus architecture,PC-Base controller WinAC and intelligent instruments.Energy consumption of water,steam,and compress air for every group is calculated and transformed by algorithms.The real-time monitoring programs is configured by Wincc.The data archiving program of energy consumption is developed for long-term storage and the report auto-generating system is developed by C#.The distributed multilevel system is realized.The system practical operation in Hongta Group Redry Factory shows that the system is reliable and accurate and meets the requirement of high efficient energy monitor and management.
