生态矿业发展模式的探索与实践

随着我国科技与经济的快速发展，矿产资源的开采量大幅增加。然而传统矿业发展只注重矿产开发、生产和经济效益，往往忽视生态环境的保护，使得矿区生态环境日益恶化。在这样的大背景下，结合山东黄金集团生态矿业的实践，就生态矿业的内涵以及建设生态矿业的必要性、紧迫性进行了深入探讨，并从转换矿业发展方式、更新发展理念、坚持技术创新以及完善生态补偿机制等方面入手，提出了建立以节约资源、清洁生产及废弃物多层次循环利用为特征的生态矿业发展模式，从而实现矿产资源开发与生态环境保护的协调发展。

Exploration and Practice of the Ecological Mining Development Pattern

With the rapid developmen! of technology and economy,the produtqion of mineral resource is inereased, but the traditional mining development mode only focus on mineral development,production and economie benefit, and often ignores Ihe protection of the eeologieal environment,that making the mining area ecological enviromnent worsening.ln this baekground,combined with the practice of ecological mining industry for Shandong Gold Group,the connotatiou of ecologieal mining and the necessity and urgency of the coustruction of ecological mining were discussed.By conversion mining development mode,updated development coneept,insisted technological innovation and improving the ecological eompensation mechanism,a modern mining development mode is proposed which arc conserve resources,clean production and recycling of waste by multiple levels.Finally,it can be achieved for the coordinated development between mineral resources development and ecological aud environmental protection.
