前处理工艺对棉织物性能的影响

摘    要:比较了传统烧碱前处理、生物酶前处理及助剂A前处理工艺对棉织物物理机械性能和染色性能的影响。结果表明,用生物酶前处理加工的棉织物不仅断裂强力优于碱前处理和无烧碱助剂A处理的,且织物手感柔软、悬垂性好、上染率较高。4种前处理织物的K/S值和染色牢度差异不大。

Abstract:The physical-mechanical properties and dyeing properties of the cotton fabrics treated by four processes were studied. The four processes included traditional alkali desizing and scouring, desizing and scouring by Agent A, desizing- scouring-bleaching in one bath by Agent A, and enzyme desizing-scouring. It was showed that enzyme-treated cotton fabrics had tearing strengths superior to those of the other three. And the bursting strengths,abrasion resistance,K/S value, the fastness to washing and rubbing of the fabrics treated by the four processes almost had no difference. Moreover, the enzyme pretreatment gave good handing and drapability to the fabrics and increased the color yield.
