X100管线钢加工过程中组织变化的热模拟研究

摘    要:通过热模拟试验对X100管线钢在热加工过程中终轧温度和弛豫温度对显微组织的影响进行了研究,对不同终轧温度和弛豫温度作用下的组织转变规律和组织特征进行了深入分析。结果表明,通过调整终轧温度和弛豫温度可控制X100管线钢中多边形铁素体的含量,从而影响X100管线钢的力学性能。本研究可为开发具有优良变形能力的X100管线钢提供重要理论支持。

Abstract:This paper studied the effect of finish rolling temperature and relaxation temperature on the microstructure of X100 pipeline steel through thermal simulation test, and the microstructure transformation rule and its essential characteristics under the action of different finish rolling temperature and the relaxation temperature were analyzed. The results showed that by controlling the finish rolling temperature and relaxation temperature could control polygon ferrite content in X100 pipeline steel, thus affect the mechanical properties of the X100 pipeline steel. The research can provide important theoretical support on the research and development X100 pipeline steel with excellent deformation ability.
