| 摘 要： | 分析了大气对桥梁的腐蚀环境和影响因素，研究电弧喷铝涂层腐蚀失效机理和耐腐蚀性．结果表明经有机封闭处理的电弧喷铝复合涂层的防腐效果最好；同时结合兰州雁滩黄河大桥钢管混凝土拱肋的防腐，介绍大面积机械化有机封闭电弧喷铝复合涂层防腐施工工艺。

| Abstract: | In this paper,atmospheric corrosion environment for bridge and influencing factors are analyzed,invalidation mechanism of arc spray Al coating due to corrosion and ability for anti-corrosion are also studied.The result shows it has the best effect to make arc spray Al coating after being obturated with organic compound.In terms of anti-corrosion for CFST arch bridge of Lanzhou Yellow River Yintan Bridge,construction techniques of making automatic arc spray Al coating after being obturated with organic compound are introduced for large area long-term anti-corrosion. |
