摘    要:主要综述了农药残留检测技术中目前广泛应用的酶抑制检测法、酶联免疫检测法、活体生物测定法和生物传感器法等快速测定方法的原理、优缺点及其进展,指出了农药残留快速检测技术中存在的问题和发展方向。其中,酶联免疫检测法特异性强,灵敏度高,其试剂盒更具有方便快捷的优点;压电石英晶体传感器可对多种抗原或抗体进行实时定量连续测定及反应动力学研究;而不断完善的现代免疫芯片技术,可实现农药残留的高通量快速检测。

Abstract:The recent progress of some common methods for the rapid determination of pesticide residues such as enzyme inhibition, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method, bacterial biological measurement method or biosensors were summarized in this review. The test principle and both advantages and shortcomings in various methods were discussed, and the development trend of the rapid determination and some problems observed were also indicated. Specially, ELISA method has high specificity and sensitivity, and the ELISA KIT has a satisfied convenience and speed on the detection of pesticide residues. The quartz crystal microbalance can be continuously used to conduct a real-time quantitative assay for many antigens or antibodies and the study of reaction dynamics. Additionally, the immunochip technologies will make the rapid high throughput determination a reality.
