新型绕流式电除尘器结构及机理分析

摘    要:基于常规电除尘器、重力除尘器的结构、除尘机理及除尘效果,提出了新型绕流式电除尘器的本体结构,分析了该除尘器集常规静电除尘、惯性碰撞除尘、重力除尘等多种除尘机理于一体,粉尘粒子受到电场力、重力、惯性力碰撞、拦截以及扩散等多种作用的综合影响,可使不同粒径的粉尘达到最佳除尘效果。
