摘    要:功能创新是产品创新的关键,功能分析是进行功能创新的前提和基础.文章首先分析了产品创新以及功能创新的重要性和必要性,接着引入了TRIZ理论中的两种功能分析方法,即物质-场分析和TOP分析,并对两种功能分析方法进行了对比.在此基础上,提出了一种基于功能分析的产品创新方法,建立了基于功能分析的产品创新流程.这种方法包括四个组成部分,即用户创新、功能创新、原理创新和结构创新.其中,功能分析是功能创新的核心,功能创新是满足用户创新的前提条件,是进行原理创新和结构创新的目的和依据.最后,用一个硬盘驱动器的实例对这种方法进行了说明.

Abstract:Function innovation is the key of product innovation, and function analysis is the precondition and foundation of function innovation. This paper first analyses the importance and necessity of product innovation and function innovation. And then introduces and contrasts two methods of function analysis from TRIZ methodology. On the basis of this, advances a new product innovation method that based on function analysis, and establishes the workflow of this method. Here, Product innovation includes four parts: user innovation, function innovation, principle innovation and structure innovation. Function analysis is the core of Function innovation,Function innovation is the premise of user innovation, and it is also the purpose and foundation of principle and structure innovation. In the end, explains this new method by illustrating a hard drive example.
