| 摘 要： | 在对内蒙古各大产煤区实地考察调研基础上,总结了其煤炭资源开发历程,分析了开发中存在的问题.借鉴国际、国内先进技术与经验,提出了内蒙古煤业可持续发展的基本思路,并初步分析介绍了部分优先发展和治理项目.内蒙古煤炭工业须应用洁净煤技术,继续加大结构调整力度,延伸煤炭产业链,实现原煤大量就地转化.内蒙古生态环境本已脆弱,开发煤炭资源的同时,必须注意加强矿区生态环境综合治理.

| Abstract: | Based on investigation to colliery areas of Inner Mongolia,this paper summarizes the developed history of the collieries and analyzes the existing problems.Using the international advanced technology and experiment for reference,some relevant strategic ideas are put forward for the coal mine industry of Inner Mongolia to sustainable development.It presents some preferential developing projects which should be controlled in time.Clean coal technology should be adopted in a large scale to continue to re-adjust the structure of coal industry and extend the industrial chain so as to realize translation of original coal on the spot.Due to the fragile ecological environment of Inner Mongolia,it must comprehensively harness the situation of colliery area when the coal resources are developed. |
