摘    要:卡机事故是制约TBM工作效率的重要因素之一,目前对其的预测多是确定性的有限元分析方法.基于此,将TBM盾壳与开挖轮廊面之间预留的间隙和隧道径向变形之差作为功能函数;采用ANSYS中PDS模块即随机有限元预测隧道变形量及发生卡机的风险率.同时,采用考虑了参数随机性的弹塑性解析解进行求解并将其与随机有限元的结果进行对比.通过对南水北调西线一个隧洞断面变形的计算,比较了两种方法,结果显示随机有限元计算结果明显大于解析解的结果.
