矿井顶板下沉监测中信号远程传输系统的设计

摘    要:针对目前大多数顶板下沉监测仪存在的数据收集工作量大、顶板下沉数据无法上传地面等问题,文章提出了一种矿井顶板下沉信号远程传输系统的设计方案,详细介绍了系统的工作原理、数学模型,并确定了关键参数,同时给出了系统硬件电路设计。该系统将顶板下沉数据以频率信号的形式远程传输至矿井安全监测监控系统通信分站的模拟量接口,使得矿井安全监测监控中心可实时监测和采集各个监测点的顶板下沉状态和数据,提高了顶板下沉监测的连续性、真实性。现场运行表明,该系统易与矿井通信分站通信,各项运行指标完全满足煤炭行业所规定的国家标准。
