住宅综合修正系数的研究

公寓类住宅中房间位置差异将导致每户热量表计量的数据的不同,从而导致相同面积的热用户的采暖费出现较大的差别.为消除公寓类住宅中由于房间位置差异带来的热费的不公平问题,本文提出了采用综合修正系数对户用热表计量的数据进行修正的方法,分析了建筑物的综合修正系数的变化规律;并通过实例证明,在同一栋单体住宅建筑中,户型相同且建筑面积相同的热用户,在仅通过热水采暖系统而获得相同室温的情况下,可以实现支付相同数量的热费的目的.

Integrated correction factor of house building

Different location in residential buildings leads to the different values of household heat meters,and it brings on the different heat cost of users with the same size.To solve this problem,the paper introduces the integrated correction factors to modify the values of household heat meters,and analyses the change rules of these factors.It is proved by a practical instance that the same heat cost can be paid for the same room temperature in the same house building with the same house configuration and construction area throuth the presented method.
