多风机串并联多级机站

摘    要:多年来,对大量矿山调查表明,金属矿山风机效率大多在40%左右,有效风量率约35%,矿井通风总效率为14%左右。其原因是大多数矿山选用的主扇特性与通风网路不匹配。为解决这些问题,研究采用多风机串并联多机站的方法,收到了良好的效果,提高了有效风量率,采用的风机在高效区运转。多风机串并联多机级站通风设计是比较复杂的,本文介绍了根据这种方法对风流分布及风压分布的要求,对多级机站进行分类,风机数量,选用风机型号、叶片安装角、风流稳定性及压力分布等方面均作了一些研究,编制了这类方法的通风网路解算与设计的电算程序,并概要论述了在云南老厂锡矿三号通风系统实施效果,理论和实践表明这种方法有推广价值。

Abstract:According to the results of investigation in lots of mine vcntilation systems for many Years, it has been known that the fan efficiency in mines is around 40percent, the efficiency of effective air output about 35percent, and the total efficiency of mine ventilation only 14percent or so. The reasons were because we have been following the old plan methods, choosing the old-fashioned fans types and that the administration was not very well and so on. To solve these qucstions, the ventilation scheme of multiple fans in series-parallel and multiple stagc fan stations was adopted and the power of the fans being selected was lower. So, with this method, not only the efficiency of mine effective air output and that of fan was improved but also the electric power was saved. In recent years, the air flow distribution of this kind of vcntilating scheme was analysed carefully, the classification theory of the multiple stage fan stations was expounded and the effect of the multiple stations was put forward (especially in non-uranium mines containing radon and its daughters with high concentration),and the computer program of calculation of the mine ventilation network was worked out with this method. The No.3 ventilation System of the Lap-chang Mine in Yunnan Tin Coporation was a very good example of the appiication of this ventilating method. The fan number of the multiple stage fan stations, the fan types being selected, the fixation angle of the pitch blade of fan, the stability and reliability, and the pressure distribution was analysed. Having been tested in mincs, they proved effective. Experiments and views were summarized and popularized. Now the method of the multiple serise-parallel fans and the multiple stage stations has been admitted by Chinese colleagues, who highly appreciate it, and has been spreaded and applied far and wide.
