阴离子聚丙烯酰胺在二次纤维中的应用试验

摘    要:在二次纤维中加入分子量为2,200万的APAM进行试验。结果表明,高分子量的APAM对二次纤维中的填料有较高的留着率,与此同时纸张物理强度呈下降趋势。APAM用量在0.2%以后,物理强度才稍有回升。高分子量的APAM助留效果较其助滤效果要好得多。

Abstract:Anionic polyacryamide with 22 million molecular weight was used in secondary fiber. The experiment results showed that macromolecule anionic polyacryamide had good effect on enhancing the filler retention in secondary fiber. At the same time, strength tended to drop. Strength lost when the dosage of APAM was more than 0.2%. Macromolecule anionic polyacryamide effecting on the filler retention was more obvious than that on drainage.
