硫酸钙晶须的制备工艺研究

摘    要:以二水石膏矿和半水石膏粉为原料,采用水热法制备硫酸钙晶须。研究了料浆浓度、反应温度、反应压力、搅拌速度等工艺条件对产品质量的影响。结果表明,其影响因素大小为:浓度>反应压力>反应温度>搅拌速率,制备硫酸钙晶须的最佳工艺条件为:悬浮液浓度为10%,压力为2.0MPa,温度为115℃,搅拌速率为150r/min,此时制备的晶须形貌最佳。

Abstract:Calcium sulfate whiskers were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis process.Use gypsum and semi-hydrated gypsum as raw materials,the effect of concentration of raw materials,the temperature,pressure and stirring rate on product were studied.The results indicated that the order of the influencing factors is: concentration> pressure>temperature>stirring rate,the best technics condition is concentration 10%,pressure 2.0 MPa,the temperature 115 ℃,the stirring rate 150 r/min.Under these conditions,the product has the best morphology.
