| 摘 要： | 辽河分公司南蒸馏装置改造之后 ,主要加工高酸值、强腐蚀性的低凝环烷基原油。文章介绍了装置改造中的选材情况 :在塔顶系统Cl-腐蚀环境 (如换热器等 ) ,主要选用 12AlMoV ,12Cr2AlMoV和 0Cr13TiRE等材质 ;高温硫和环烷酸腐蚀部位 (如管道、塔内件、泵等 )选用 316L不锈钢 ;冲蚀明显的部位 ,可选用钛复合管、Ni-P镀层和渗铝钢等

| Abstract: | The south crude distillation unit in Liaohe Petrochemical Company mainly processes high-acid-value, corrosive and low-freezing-point naphthenic crude oils after revamping. The material selection in the revamping of the unit is described: 12AlMoV, 12Cr2AlMoV and 0Cr13TiRE materials for Cl - corrosive environment ( such as heat exchangers,etc) in the overhead system of distillation unit, 316L stainless steel for high-temperature sulfur and naphthenic acid corrosion services (such as pipelines, tower internals and pumps,etc) and the composite Ti pipe, and Ni-P plated steel and aluminum-diffused steel materials for the sections subject to erosion. |
