医药行业绿色供应链管理模型及运作研究

在阐述医药行业供应链现状的基础上,分析了中国医药行业供应链管理目前存在的问题,提出了实施绿色供应链的必要性,构建了医药行业绿色供应链模型,并在供应链运作参考模型——SCOR模型基础上提出绿色供应链的运作模型,将其划分为绿色供应链的采购环节、绿色供应链的制造环节、绿色供应链的支付环节和绿色供应链的回收环节分别进行研究。最后提出了基于Internet/Intranet医药行业绿色供应链信息共享模式,来有效支持医药绿色供应链的运作。

Research on the Management Model and Implementation of Green Supply Chain in Pharmaceutical Industry

It introduces the pharmaceutical industry supply chain,and shows that implementation of green supply chain management is essential to make the pharmaceutical industry sustainable and highly efficient. It puts forward the operation model of green supply chain on the basis of supply chain operation reference model （SCOR） and studies it from purchasing,manufacturing,payment and recycling. It analyzes the implementation and operation of green supply chain based on SCOR model. Finally,it proposes a information sharing model based on Internet / Intranet pharmaceutical green supply chain to effectively support the medical green supply chain operations.
