数控车床主轴模糊故障树分析

摘    要:根据用户和技术人员提供的模糊信息,运用模糊故障树理论,对数控车床主轴进行了故障树定量分析,求出了在不同置信水平下数控车床主轴发生故障的概率区间值。为实现主轴系统的可靠性设计,进而提高数控车床的可靠性水平提供了依据。

Abstract:Based on the empirical fuzzy messages provided by the users and the maintenance technicians,using the fuzzy fault tree theory,the fault tree of the principal axis of the numerical control(NC) lathe was analyzed quantitatively,and the fault probability interval valuers of the principal axis under different confidence levels were calculated,providing a basis for the reliability design of the principal axis and the improvemcnt of the reliability level of the NC latlic.
