| 摘 要： | 通过对莲坂地区社会状况的调查 ,分析了当前流动人口聚居地的成因 ,从社区构成的角度剖析“城中村”现象 ,以及聚居地内部的外来人口、原住民和城市居民之间的各种矛盾和冲突 ,指出 ,流动人口是城中村问题的诱因 ;原住民是城中村问题的制造者 ;违章建设是城中村环境恶化的根源 ;开发策略是解决城中村问题的保证

| Abstract: | Through the survey of Lianban area, this study penetrated into the phenomenon of “village inside the city". It analyzed the origin of the transient population settlement and examined the contradiction and conflict among transient population, local residents and city residents. It claimed that transient population are the cause of the problems in the settlement; natives are the trouble maker of the settlement; illegal constructions are the root of the worse environment; and a good development strategy is the pledge for solving the problems of the settlement. |
