摘    要:采用超声波分散和物理分散相结合,制备了掺锡氧化铟纳米涂层并用电子扫描显微镜对涂层中填料的分散状态进行了表征,结果表明该涂料已达到纳米级分散,填料颗粒平均粒度小于100 nm;运用傅立叶红外吸收光谱、紫外-可见光-近红外分光光度计及红外发射率测试仪等对涂层的光谱性能进行了测试,结果显示该涂层具有屏蔽紫外线、反射可见光和近红外、中远红外强吸收等特点,可作为一种多功能红外隐身及隔热材料.

Abstract:Indium tin oxide(ITO) nanocomposite coating has been prepared adopting ultrasonic dispersion and physical dispersion.The dispersion morphology of filling in the coating are characterized by means of SEM,the results show that the coating are nano-scale scattering,the filling particle's mean size is lower than 100 nm.The spectral properties of the coating are also characterized by means of FTIR,UV/VIS/NIR spectrometer and IR emissivity measuration.The results show that the coating have the function of shielding ultraviolet radiation,reflecting visible and near infrared light,strong absorption in middle and far infrared spectrum,so it can be used as multifunctional IR camouflage material or heat insulating material.
