摘    要:通过大量理论和实验研究探索镁水泥及其制品耐水机理,提出残余MgCl2是造成氯氧镁水泥一系列缺陷的本质原因,并给出了残余MgCl2的测定方法,进而采用Cl-离子捕捉剂对氯氧镁水泥进行彻底改性,其中β-A型Cl-离子捕捉剂的改性效果显著。该研究结果对镁水泥亟待解决的不抗水、返卤、吸潮、翘曲变形等缺陷有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Based on experimental analysis about water-resistance mechanism of MOC(magnesium oxychloride cement) and MOC products,it has been determined that residual MgCl2 is the essential cause resulting in the poor durability. And various kinds of Cl-ion catchers have been applied to improve MOC,in among that β-A catcher has the best behavior. This result has quite wide application foreground.
