齿距相对测量法同步问题研究

摘    要:为解决传统齿轮齿距相对测量方法中存在的测量头直线进给和齿轮旋转速度同步困难的缺陷,提出一种基于微机和高速数据采集系统的齿轮齿距测量方法.通过增加霍尔开关获取齿轮转动速度,采用自适应控制技术实时调整测头进给时间间隔,从而实现了测量时间间隔与齿轮转动速度的智能化同步,并取得满意的效果.

Abstract:To overcome the shortage of hard synchronization of the test pieces circumferential speed with the linear movement of measuring probe in the traditional gear pitch relative measurement, this paper introduces a new method based on PC and high-speed data acquisition system. The gear circumferential speed is measured by adding a Hall switch. The self-adaptive control technology is used to synchronize the measuring interval with the turn speed of gear in real time and satisfied effect is gained.
