| 摘 要： | 带钢冷连轧机组根据工艺需要主传动采用大功率电机,实际应用中为了降低电机转动惯量,保证电机控制精度和特性,采用多台电机同轴连接共同驱动1架轧机。多电机同轴控制通常采取每台电机单独控制的方式。介绍基于西门子6RA70 SIMREG DC MASTER系列直流调速装置,实现3台大功率直流电机同轴硬连接电枢绕组并联的特殊传动控制系统。描述了该系统的控制原理、配置和装置之间的通讯,以及3台电机负荷平衡控制系统的实现原理,给出了负荷平衡控制系统的框图。通过对负荷平衡控制系统的优化,改善并提高了控制系统负荷的平衡性能和调速精度及稳定性。
