| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于智能模糊控制的嵌入式配料系统的设计方法,对模糊PID控制过程和系统调零作了重点的讨论,同时给出了PID控制的程序流程图和系统定长调零子程序。该系统可广泛应用于皮带称量、配料控制等工艺过程,对能源、冶金、制造、交通、化工等行业提高计量精度、稳定产品质量具有重大意义。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces design method of the embedded intelligent fuzzy control batching system based on intelligent and fuzzy control,discusses the fuzzy PID control process and the system zero alignment and gives the PID control program flow chart and the system fixed-length zero alignment subroutine.The system can be widely used in belt weighing and batching process control,etc.The system plays an important role in measurement accuracy improvement and product quality in energy,metallurgy,manufacturing,transportation,chemical industries,etc. |
