| 摘 要： | 韶钢5^#高炉布袋除尘系统荒净煤气总管上的3个波纹管补偿器先后发生爆裂破损事故，引发了对波纹补偿器如何正确设计、加工及安装运行管理等诸多问题的思考。分析了爆裂破损的原因，提出了解决的方法，并对如何看待波纹管补偿器的问题提出了全新诠释。

| Abstract: | Three bellows compensators are cracked early or late in main pipes of the original clear gas in the cloth bag dedusting system of No.5 blast furnace of Shaoguang Iron &Steel Co., which led to thinking of how to correctly design, manufacture, install and manage the bellows compensators. The cause of crack was analyzed and solutions were given. It also gave a new view about how to think of the bellows compensators. |
