| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国较为薄弱冷弯成型技术,结合某复杂截面轮廓冷弯成型件项目,进行了轧辊CAD设计方法和设计过程的全面介绍,并就轧辊的CAM技术和数控加工技术进行了简要的说明,经工厂应用证明该方法确实可行.

| Abstract: | This article aims at the present weakness of Cold Roll Forming technology in China,combines with some complex section outline cold roll forming project,a comprehensive introduction of the CAD design method and the design process of the roller has been carried on,and the roller's CAM technology and the numerical control process technology has been carried on the brief explanation.It is proved that this method is trully feasible according to the application of plant. |
