数控加工中加减速控制曲线的研究

摘    要:在分析了数控系统中直线形、三角函数形、指数形、S形、直线加抛物线形加减速控制曲线的基础上,对这几种控制方法各自的优缺点及适用场合进行了比较,并着重讨论了S曲线加减速算法。

Abstract:It is a very important control function of inserting the mending device in CNC system to accelerate and decelerate controlling, it all have very important influence on machining accuracy and systematic function. Especially in processing, it seems particularly important right away to accelerate and decelerate in high speed. In the article, it analyses straight line shape, trigonometric function shape, index shape, S- curve shape and parabolic profile motions in numerical system. the pluses and minuses with one's own method to these kinds of control and suitable occasion have been compared, and has discussed emphatically that S- curve adds the algorithm of acceleration and deceleration.
