氧化铅浮选新工艺的研究和应用

摘    要:对难选氧化铅矿采用异步浮选流程,通过添加适宜的多元药剂,严格控制工艺参数和技术措施,在闭路实验和生产实践中分别获取:铅精矿铅品位56.45%、54.12%,铅回收率84.2%、82.50% 的选矿指标.生产实践结果表明,工艺条件合理,选别指标稳定.

Abstract:In this paper , the flow of asynchronous flotation was chosen for the mine of plumbum oxide which is hard pick. By making use of the feasible medicament, strict technic parameters and technological measures, we obtained the lew els of the picked plumbum mine 56.45% and 54. 12%, the rates of the claim of plumbum are 84.2% and 82.5% separately from the closed circuit experiment and practice. The results show that the technic conditions are in reason , and the aim of mill run is stable.
