应用铝制导电电极臂降低炼钢成本

摘    要:导电臂是电弧炉的基本组成部分,铝制导电电极臂可以提高钢产量,降低炼钢成本,给电炉钢厂带来巨大的经济效益。目前德国巴登钢钢铁公司两座电弧炉使用铝制导电臂,都能得到10%以上的超额有效效率。

Abstract:Current conducting electrode arms are essential components of electric arc furnace.Badische Stahlwerke(BSW)is operating two electric arc furnace with current conducting electrode arms made of aluminium. Experience gained during six years of operation at BSW is substantiated by operational results from other furnace in France, Germany, Japan and Korea. An increase in active power of 10%and more in all plants has revealed the advantages of aluminium current conducting electrode arms, resulting in beneficial effects on both productivity and costs.
