| 摘 要： | 本文通过一台DG75/3.82—10型锅炉安装的胀接工作,介绍胀管率控制采用管子内径控制和管子外径控制两种方法。采用管子外径控制胀管率的控制方法,可以较好的简化胀接工艺,同样达到控制胀管率的目的。

| Abstract: | By a DG75/3.82-10 boiler expanded construction,this paper introduces two methods of controlling expansion ratio,of which employ controlling tube inner diameter and outer diameter. Employ the method of controlling tube outer diameter,it may simplify expansion process,and also achieve the purpose of controlling expansion ratio. |
