货架立柱稳定性能的有限元分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS软件对货架立柱稳定性能进行了分析,主要分析构件壁厚、长度、腹板加劲肋的高度、再卷边宽度对立柱稳定性能的影响。分析得出立柱主要发生4种类型的破坏:局部相关屈曲破坏、畸变屈曲破坏、整体弯扭屈曲破坏及畸变与整体相关屈曲破坏。构件局部屈曲受腹板加劲肋高度影响较大;畸变屈曲受再卷边宽度影响显著,而构件长度、壁厚对几种屈曲模式都有影响。

Abstract:Finite element analysis on the stability behavior of rack uprights was carried out by ANSYS.The main variable parameters were the length of the members,the thickness of the plate,the width of additional stiffening lips and the height of stiffening ribs of web plates.The analysis results indicated that the uprights failed in four modes—the interaction of local and distortional buckling,the distortional buckling,the overall buckling,the interaction of distortional and overall buckling;the height of stiffening rib and the width of additional stiffening lips had notable effects on ultimate load-carrying capacity of local buckling and distortional buckling respectively;the effect of the length and the thickness of the upright on the buckling modes of members cannot be ignored.
