摘    要:报道湍流流化床用于丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二烯的研究.经φ800mm中试证实,丁二烯的实际收率比档板流化床提高4—5个单位,含氧化合物的浓度基本一致,污水中有机物含量较低,为发展丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二烯开创了一条新途径.


Study of Turbulent Fluidized Bed for Converting Butene to Butadiene by Oxidative Dehydrogenation
Abstract:Experimental study was carried out in a turbulent fluidized bed reactor of 0.8m inside diameter for converting butene to butadiene by oxidative dehydrogenation. Teh yield of butadiene was 4—5% higher than that in the normal baffled fluidized bed reactor. The concentration of oxygen-containing by-products was consistent with that of baffled fluidized bed reactor while the concentration of organics in waste water was lower.
