硫磷比和氟磷比连续检测系统

摘    要:针对湿法磷酸工业净化过程中对硫磷比和氟磷比连续检测的需求,利用紫外可见分光光度计和计算机等硬件设备,基于 LabWindows/CVI 平台开发了硫磷比和氟磷比连续检测系统。首先介绍了检测系统的硬件结构及检测流程,然后根据软件需求完成了软件的模块设计,重点介绍了检测系统多通道连续检测的实现、多时钟的集中管理和大量历史数据的查询。检测软件通过多个通道控制多台紫外可见分光光度计,实现了对磷、硫、氟离子及其硫磷比和氟磷比的连续检测。

Abstract:According to the demand for continuous detection of ratios of S/P and F/P in the process of WPA purification,a system continuously detecting S/P and F/P ratios is designed,using LabWindows/CVI as software development tool,using the UV/Vis spectrophotometers,computer,etc,as hardware.Firstly,the hardware structure of the system and the detection process is introduced.Secondly,the software module is designed according to the software requirement.At last,the implementation of the multi-channel detection system for continuous monitoring,multi-clock centralized management,and the numerous historical data query is described.The software can manipulate several UV/Vis spectrophotometers,and inspect the content of P,S,F,and the ratios of S/P,F/P.
