筛面宽度对弛张筛筛面动力学参数的影响

摘    要:利用ANSYS软件对弛张筛筛面进行动力学分析,研究了在不同载荷下筛面宽度(210~290mm)对筛面动力学参数的影响,并对这些计算结果进行对比分析,得出了筛面宽度的变化对筛分过程的影响规律,为提高弛张筛筛分潮湿细粒煤炭的能力提供了理论依据。

Abstract:ANSYS was used to carry out the dynamic analysis of the screen surface of the flip-flow screen,and the influence of screen surface width on its dynamic parameters at different loadings was studied.In addition,the calculation results were compared and analyzed,and the influence laws of screen surface width on the screening process were obtained,which offered theoretical references for improving the screening ability of wet and fine particles of the flip-flow screen.
