包容型再生混凝土配合比设计试验研究

摘    要:直接将破碎的废弃混凝土按一定比例掺入新混凝土中拌制包容型再生混凝土,这种拌制方法简化了普通再生混凝土的生产工艺、降低工程造价,利于工程推广应用。基于138块包容型再生混凝土试块的试验研究,掌握了水灰比、砂率和旧料掺入率对混凝土强度的影响规律,为合理进行包容型再生混凝土配合比设计奠定基础。废弃混凝土的掺入率可以高达30%,在获得良好经济性的同时,亦能保证包容性再生混凝土的强度降低不多,该试验结果为其普遍推广应用提供依据。

Abstract:The waste contained recycled concrete is produced by directly mixing new concrete in an appropriate proportion with waste concrete crushed to a certain extent.This manufacture method can simplify the work process of ordinary recycled concrete,thus reduce engineering cost,so as to popularize in application.Based on experimental study of 138 waste contained recycled concrete cubic specimens,the regularity is mastered about the water-cement ratio,sand ratio and recycled-aggregate-mixed ratio that affect concrete strength,which establishes good base for reasonable mixture proportion design of waste contained recycled concrete.The recycled-aggregate-mixed ratio can be up to 30% that experimental result provides a fine basis for popularizing use because of steady economic benefit and accepted strength(not much reduction).
