| 摘 要： | 通过对芳烃抽提回收塔重沸器管束的腐蚀分析,指出抽提溶剂环丁砜在高温下分解出SO2、形成酸液以及汽化沸腾对碳钢管束造成了冲刷腐蚀。从优化操作,设备结构及选材方面提出合理解决方案。

| Abstract: | The analysis of the reboiler tubes corrosion of the recovery column in aromatic extraction unit concludes that the failure is the result of erosion corrosion of the carbon steel tubes caused by SO2 from the pyrolysis of extraction solvent sulfolane at higher temperatures, formation of acidic liquid and evaporation boiling. The solutions are recommended in respect of operation optimization, equipment construction and material selection. |
