超硬合金剪刀片的研磨工艺研究

摘    要:通过深入研究和大量的试验,对金刚石砂轮研磨超硬合金刀片方法做了新的尝试,指出了用树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮代替电镀金刚石砂轮对超硬合金剪刀片刃部曲面精研磨的可行性,并从磨床本身的精度、砂轮的轮廓形状、砂轮的静平衡、磨削深度、砂轮速度等影响加工面光洁度的诸多因素进行分析,找出了一套成熟的超硬合金剪刀片的研磨工艺,生产实践证明完全能够满足使用。

Abstract:Through in-depth research and many test, it is made a new attempt for the method of using diamond wheel to grinding Super-hard Alloy shear blade, Pointing out the feasibility of using resin-bonded diamond abrasive wheel substitute for Electroplating-bonded diamond abrasive wheel for the surface precision grinding to the super-hard alloy blade. And some analysis is did from many factors that influence the Surface finish such as grinder precision, the contour shape of abrasive wheel, the wheel static balance, the feed of grinding, the wheel linear velocity and so on. And identify a set of mature grinding technology of super-hard shear blade. It is proved that the grinding technology can satisfy the application enough through the practice.
