摘    要:永泰热电厂1#循环流化床锅炉为完善化前锅炉炉型,在使用过程中存在着燃烧室炉墙变形、损坏严重; 过热器、省煤器、低温分离装置磨损严重;床上点火耗油量大、安全性差;炉前三级给煤系统设计不合理等问题。导致锅炉 可用率低、维修费用高。经过对该炉点火系统、炉膛、燃烧室、过热器、省煤器、分离装置和给煤系统的改造,提高了锅炉效率,降低了运行、维修费用,保证了锅炉可用时间,显著增加了企业经济效益。

Abstract:During use of No.1circulation fluid ized -bed boiler of Yongtai Heat Powe r Plant of combustion chamber' s walls,serious damage;serious abr asion of overheater,economizers an d low temperature separation devices;large oil consumption of ignition i n bed,poor safety;unreason-able design of the third -level coal f eeding system in front of the boiler.These problems resulted in low utilization rate of the boiler and high maintenance expenses.The t ransformation was made on the boiler' s ignition system,hearth,combusti on chamber,overheater,economizer,separation device and coal feeding system.This enhanced the boiler' s efficiency,reduced expenses of op era-tion and maintenance,assured use ti me and increased economic benefits.
