基于APDL的液压机横梁参数化有限元分析

摘    要:在进行系列化产品结构设计及其优化设计时,将参数化设计引入到有限元结构分析中,实现结构参数快速调整,自动生成分析模型并完成结构分析过程,可极大地优化产品结构、缩减产品设计周期。这里利用有限元分析软件ANSYS提供的APDL语言,实现了有限元建模和分析的参数化,并以框式液压机上横梁的应力分析为例,给出了这一方法的基本步骤。结果表明,这种方法避免了大量重复的有限元建模与前、后处理操作,明显提高了产品设计效率。

Abstract:It is easy to adjust the geometric models of different product s which have similar structures by using structure parametric design method.By usi ng this method, the FEA model can be easily create by adjusting several geometri c parameters and the analyzing process of FEA is automatically executed.The eff iciency is improved and the time for products design will be shortened greatly.F urther more.By using the ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL),the FEA process including creating FEA model and analysis steps are discussed. A practical param etric FEA model of a crossbeam is established and stress analys is done by using this method. The results show that this method overcomes a lot of repeated FEA tasks and improves efficiency of products structure designs.
