| 摘 要： | 采用系统和过程分析方法介绍浮法玻璃锡缺陷形成机理,提出把锡槽作为一个动态平衡系统来考虑的重要性,提出累积污染的概念并分析锡槽中水、氧、硫等污染要素的主要产生途径,指出锡缺陷预防、控制的原则措施和本单位的几项常用处理方法的比较分析.

| Abstract: | The mechanism of tin defect was described by systematic and process analysis,pointed out the importance of taking the tin bath as a whole dynamic balance system,presented a concept of cumulative pollution,discussed the causes of main contaminates( such as water,oxygen and sulfur etc.)in tin bath, disclosed some effective measures to prevent and control tin defect and compared some common measures used in the author's company. |
