摘    要:提供了一个可编程控制器在工业上应用的实例。简述了隔膜式浆体泵自控系统中软件及硬件的设计思路。概述了控制系统的电源电路、驱动电路、显示电路与软件设计及信号采集的方法。采用集成电路接近开关作为检测元件,使得信号采集具有较高灵敏度、较好的抗干扰性和较长的使用寿命。采用反馈控制,实现了时实显示并监控隔离泵系统的进、排浆流量,使整个控制系统操作简单、运行可靠、自动化程度高。

Abstract:An example of the application of PLC in industry is provided. The design thought of the software and hardware of the automatic control system for the membrane-isolated slurry pump is briefly described. The power supply circuit, driving circuit, display circuit, software design and signal collection of the control system are outlined. The IC approach switches are used as test elements, making the signal collection highly sensitive and well jam-resistant and prolonging its service life. Feedback control is used to realize the real time display and monitoring of the slurry input and discharge volume of the pumping system. The whole control system is therefore characterized by simple operation, reliable running and high automatization.
