浅谈国内常用钢中非金属夹杂物检验标准

摘    要:对比国内常用钢中非金属夹杂物含量的测定标准,从夹杂物分类、取样、评级原则等方面分析几个测定标准检测方法的异同,并对GB/T 10561-2005《钢中非金属夹杂物含量的测定标准评级图显微检验法》提出修订意见。结果表明,GB/T 10561-2005《钢中非金属夹杂物含量的测定标准评级图显微检验法》修订时,应借鉴ASTM E45-2018a Standard Test Methods for Determining the Inclusion Content of Steel对同一检验视场内有多条不同宽度系列的非金属夹杂物的测量方法,采用多数原则。

Abstract:The commonly used standards for determination of non-metallic inclusions in steel in China were compared. The similarities and differences of detection methods in several determination standard were analyzed from the aspects of inclusion classification, sampling and rating principle, etc. The revision suggestions for GB/T 10561-2005 Steel-determination of content of nonmetallic inclusions-micrographic method using standard diagrams were proposed. The results showed that the revision of GB/T 10561-2005 Steel-determination of content of nonmetallic inclusions-micrographic method using standard diagrams should refer to the measurement method for non-metallic inclusions with different widths in the same inspection field according to ASTM E45-2018a Standard Test Methods for Determining the Inclusion Content of Steel. The majority principle should be adopted.
