激光粒度仪测定气相氧化法二氧化钛粒径的研究

摘    要:以中国某企业生产的气相氧化法二氧化钛为研究对象,采用马尔文激光粒度仪测定气相氧化法二氧化钛的粒径分布,研究了折射率、吸收率、遮光度对测定二氧化钛粒径分布的影响。结果表明,折射率与物料的晶体结构相关,应根据晶体结构选择合适的折射率;随着吸收率变大,残差值先变小后变大;遮光度大于20%时,平均粒径明显变小,且残差值变大。通过实验,确定了激光粒度仪测定气相氧化法二氧化钛最佳设定参数:折射率为2.71、吸收率为0.1、遮光度为10%,在上述最优条件下测定样品的平均粒径为0.329 μm,粒度分布呈较好的正态分布,通过SEM对粒径分布做表征,结果与激光粒度仪结果一致。

Abstract:The particle size of gas phase oxided titanium dioxide that manufactured in a China′s company was measured with a Malvern laser particle size analyzer.The effects of refractive rate,absorption rate and shading degree on the particle size of titaniumdioxide were studied.Results showed that the refractive rate was related to the crystal structure of the material.As the absorption rate increased,the residual value decreased first and then increased.When the shading degree was more than 20%,the average particle size decreased obviously and the residual value increased.The optimum parameters of the gas phase oxided titanium dioxide measured by the laser particle size analyzer were determined as follows: the refractive rate was 2.71,the absorption rate was 0.1 and the shading degree was 10%.Under the optimum conditions,the average particle size of the sample was 0.329 μm,and the particle size was normally distributed which was consistent with the results of SEM.
