摘    要:阐述了影响首钢京唐公司1420酸轧生产线稳定运行的重要原料缺陷如翘皮、凹坑和折叠等产生的原因及危害;介绍了原料缺陷的监控设备表面检测仪和孔洞仪的工作原理。使用表面检测仪对酸洗后带钢质量在线检测,有效避免断带事故的发生;使用孔洞仪对轧后带钢质量在线检测,可避免孔洞流向后道工序造成不必要的生产损失。两组在线检测系统为保障产线稳定运行发挥了重要作用,并且提到原料缺陷控制措施,为同类产线生产提供参考。

Abstract:The causes and damage of the important raw material defects such as shell, pits and folding, which influenced the stable operation of Shougang Jingtang 1420 Pickling Line-Tandem Cold Mill, were described. The working principle of monitoring equipments of raw material defects, i.e., surface detector and hole detector, was introduced. On-line inspection of steel strip quality after acid pickling by surface detector could effectively avoid the occurrence of stripbreakage. The quality of strip steel after rolling was detected online using the hole instrument, which could avoid unnecessary production loss caused by the flow of the hole to thefollowingprocess. Two groups of on-line detection systems played an important role in ensuring the stable operation of production lines. The material defect control measures proposed in this paper could provide reference for the similar production lines.
