大颗粒硫酸钴晶体工业生产工艺研究进展

摘    要:硫酸钴是三元锂电池的原材料,目前市场上的硫酸钴颗粒较小,存在易结块的问题,给客户使用带了不便。将硫酸钴晶体间歇性生产和连续式生产的2种工艺做了对比,介绍了大颗粒硫酸钴晶体生产工艺的控制因素,重点对OSLO结晶器应用在大颗粒硫酸钴晶体生产中存在的问题及生产中的主要工艺控制点做了阐述,为大颗粒硫酸钴晶体的生产提供了理论基础,并展望了硫酸钴晶体的市场趋势。

Abstract:Cobalt sulfate is the raw material of the ternary lithium battery.Currently,the cobalt sulfate particles in the market are pretty small,and there is a problem of easy agglomeration,which is inconvenient for the customer to use.The two processes of intermittent production and continuous production of cobalt sulfate crystal were compared.The control factors of the production process of large particle cobalt sulfate crystal were introduced,and the problems of OSLO crystallizer in the production of large particle cobalt sulfate crystal were emphasized.The main process control points in production were described,which provided a theoretical basis for the production of large-particle cobalt sulfate crystals,and the market trend of cobalt sulfate crystals was forecasted.
