| 摘 要： | 永磁电动机转子总成是电机总成中的关键部件,是实现电能与机械能相互转换的核心装置。研究一种全新的永磁电机转子磁钢灌封工艺,包括环氧灌封胶量计算、灌封工装设计制造、灌胶程序编写、最优灌胶工艺方案,经检验验证该方法能够较好地保证磁钢灌封质量、电机整体性能及可靠性。

| Abstract: | The rotor assembly of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is one of the key part of motor assembly and the core device to achieve the mutual conversion between electrical energy and mechanical energy.A new packing solution of PMSM rotor was studied,including calculation of the amount of epoxy packing glue,design and fabrication of packing adapters,preparation of packing programs,exploration of the optimal packing process.It is verified that this method can better ensure the packing quality of magnetic units and the overall performance and reliability of the motor effectively. |
