精密铸造定子铸件的缺陷分析及改进措施

摘    要:采用熔模精密铸造的方法,通过改进铸件浇注系统,生产出了符合客户需求的UNS R30006合金定子精密铸件。结果表明,合理改进铸件浇口尺寸和分布位置,调整铸件浇注系统,有利于浇注后铸件的补缩和气体的溢出,可大幅提高铸件的合格率,提升合金的利用效率。

Abstract:UNS R30006 alloy stator casting which met the needs of the customers was produced by investment casting with casting system improvement. The results show that reasonable improvement of the size and distribution of the gate and readjustment casting system are helpful for the feeding of casting and overflow of gas. As a result, the qualification rate of the casting improves and the utilization ratio of the alloy raises.
