摘    要:某螺栓锻件磁粉检测时发现磁痕显示,通过金相观察、能谱分析及X射线衍射分析等试验后确认,该磁痕为原材料微观偏析组织导致材料磁导率出现差异而形成的非相关显示。

Abstract:The magnetic traces were observed on a bolt forging during magnetic particle testing.The magnetic traces were analyzed by metallographic observation,energy spectrum analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis.The magnetic traces were non-relevant indication of the magnetic permeability difference of the material caused by the microsegregation of the raw material.
