摘    要:为研究电流谐波对永磁同步电机振动的影响,搭建仿真平台,以一台48槽8极内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)为研究对象,分析了两种考虑电机电流谐波的振动仿真模型的异同。理论分析了引入电流谐波的永磁同步电机振动源,建立基于MATLAB-ANSYS的联合仿真模型和实测电流-ANSYS多物理场模型,并通过有限元法计算两种仿真模型的电磁激振力和振动加速度频谱,用振动实验验证了两种模型的有效性。

Study on IPMSM Vibration Simulation Model Considering Control System for Electric Vehicle

Abstract:To study the influence of current harmonics on the vibration of permanent magnet synchronous motor,it is necessary to build an effective simulation platform.The similarities and differences of two vibration simulation models considering the current harmonic of the 48-slot 8-pole interior permanent magnet synchronous motor were studied.The vibration source of permanent magnet synchronous motor with current harmonics was analyzed.The MATLAB-ANSYS co-simulation model and the measured current-ANSYS multiphysics model were established,and electromagnetic excitation force and vibration acceleration of the two simulation models was calculated by the finite element method.Two ways of simulation results were verified by vibration experiments.
